This notice describes Veyrag’s public website at veyrag.com. It does not describe the processing of interview recordings, transcripts, or candidate information inside InterviewProof. Those arrangements should be agreed before a product pilot.
When you visit
This website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or marketing cookies. Its fonts and visual assets are served with the site. Our hosting provider may process technical connection information, such as your IP address, browser information, and request logs, to deliver and protect the website.
When you contact us
Contact links open your email application. Clicking a link does not submit an enquiry to Veyrag. If you send an email, we receive the information you include, such as your name, email address, company, and message. We use it to respond and discuss your enquiry or a potential design partnership.
Please do not send candidate résumés, interview recordings, or other sensitive candidate information in an initial enquiry.
Handling your information
Enquiries are handled through our business email service. We do not sell enquiry information or use this website for targeted advertising. We keep correspondence as needed to respond and manage the relationship, subject to applicable obligations. You can ask us about access to or deletion of your correspondence.
